With the "enhanced community quarantine" officially in place in Luzon, we know most of you are stuck at home. While the isolation is for the benefit of many, we also understand how being trapped inside is enough to drive you a little crazy. If you're already getting a bad case of cabin fever, we suggest making the most of your time inside by giving yourself activities to do from the safety of your home.

If you're missing your usual gym sesh or workout class, here's a way for you to keep up the habit while stuck indoors: YogaPlus is currently offering free online classes via Facebook live!
