No matter the weather, private pool parties are always fun. You can take a dip, grill some barbecue on the side, down some shots by the bar, or even play a game or two in the pool. It's a huge plus if the water's a bit warm, especially in the rainy weather. Tirta Spring Villa, which is located in a place known for its hot springs—Los Baños, Laguna, offers these and more. They can accommodate up to a maximum of 30 guests with rates starting at P29,736.

What to Expect at This Laguna Airbnb with Swimming Pool
Tirta Villa has a total of five bedrooms. Two huge bedrooms with two double beds each are located on the second floor, while three rooms with bunkbeds are on the first floor. Bathrooms are not a problem, too, as all five have their toilet and bath. One even has a bathroom so big, that it can actually be another room—especially when you've passed out after all the drinking. (We do not recommend that though. Drink responsibly.)

Guests will never run out of things to do at this Airbnb. Aside from the swimming pool with a hot tub, they also have a car gaming nook, board games, a videoke set-up with projector and stand-up microphones, and 65-inch television in every room. Google Nest virtually connects all rooms so that you can blast some music for either just one spot or the whole place.

For meals, you can cook your feast at their pugon oven or the grill. Their kitchen is fully equipped, too. (We even saw a rolling pin for when you suddenly feel like baking.) But food delivery is also an option.

The property, which is inside a gated village, has four parking slots. There's also a driver's room available.
