This Tiny 2-Storey House With A Rooftop In Cavite Was Built For Only P280K
We’ve seen a lot of celebrity houses all around the world. Most of them have swimming pools, multiple bedrooms, nice kitchens, huge bathrooms with Jacuzzis, and even movie theaters—literally mansions. And the majority of us have dreamt of owning one of them. But for couple AB Magtulis and Hazel Garcia, a simple tiny house will do.
Their *tiny* house called Team ABH is located in Cavite and has a length of only 15 ft and built on a 6 sqm lot. The couple decided to build this house for a more comfortable work-from-home setup. They didn’t hire an architect or engineer to help them design their country-themed house, every little detail was from their own ideas.
Team ABH’s tiny house has two floors and a rooftop, the first floor is where their respective workspaces are located, as well as their bathroom, while their sleeping area is set at the second floor. And since they are near Tagaytay, they chose earth colors for the house to match with their surroundings. They also put a rooftop to have a tambayan spot while overlooking fields of greens for a more relaxing feeling.
The entire house costs P280,000 including the labor fee, landscape, and all the furniture inside, and it was built within three months. They are also planning to build a kitchen and a mini walking closet with the spaces left outside the house.
