If, just like us, you've been wondering how Scream Queens star Emma Roberts stays fit, then you've come to the right place. We stalked the actress recently and found a few tips, including what she does every day to keep her body in shape. Emma's secret? Pilates, which strengthens her core muscles.
"My favorite workout is definitely Pilates. That's kind of the only thing I've tried and stuck with," she told EOnline.

Aside from pilates, Em also loves to keep moving and makes it a point to stay active. She loves riding a bicycle and taking long walks.
But as we all know, living a healthy lifestyle isn't all about exercise. It also involves proper diet, and that's what Emma exactly does. She eats healthy and organic food, drinks a lot of water to flush out toxins, and indulges in pizza and sweets only during weekends. Wow!
