This is not a drill. A chocolate festival exists and it's happening right now at the Shangri-La Plaza! The Shang Chocolate Wonderland has managed to gather more or less 33 local and international chocolate brands, enterprises, and chocolatiers under one roof and the result is epic!
Featured in the wonderland are the mall's tenants Candy Corner, Epicurious, Marks & Spencer, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Rustan’s Supermarket, Villa del Conte and Wicked, as well as chocolates from Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. International brands like Toblerone, Cadbury, and Kinder Chocolate Cereals are in on it, too.
What's more, the wonderland is dominated by Filipino-made products like Theo & Philo, Malagos Chocolates, Coco Dolce, Hiraya Chocolates, Cacao de Davao, Chocoliz, Top Chefs, ChocoATBP., Cocoa Monster, Machiavelli and Manila Chocolatier, NIJI Desserts, Choco-Liquor Cakes by Maricar Reyes-Poon, BiteSize PH, Truffles by K, Hungry Pac, Agueda Manila, Raneese PB Cups, TsokoFino, Ginto Premium Chocolates, Shorts Gourmet, and CMBV Confectionaries!
Aside from all the chocolate treats to be bought and the totally Instagrammable chocolate-inspired mall decor, there are also a lot of exciting activities that even non-choco lovers will enjoy. There are games, free sampling, and workshops like the Chocolate Praline Making Demo, Truffle Making, Chocolate Tasting, and Matcha Chocolate Making!
