Looks like the Philippines is primed to be a huge travel spot once COVID-19 goes away. Our beaches and islands have been bagging travel awards left and right, and this time, it’s the entire country that scored a major travel recognition from the tourism industry.

The Philippines was named the second most Instagrammable place in the world by world travel site Big 7 Travel. Only Japan beat the Philippines from the top spot, but second place is still a huge honor considering we beat the likes of Paris, New York City, Cuba, London, and more.

Travel nowadays is much about documentation as it is about the experience, and the Philippines appears to be one of the most beautiful, aesthetic, and Instagrammable locations in the world, according to Big 7’s 1.5 million respondents and global editorial team.
