Sugarfree 10 Years Later
Home is where you are
It's just too far away right now
I want to stay in these arms
I belong with you
Oh a day away is just too long
And this shirt I have on is too big for me
But your arms they fit me perfectly
—"Mornings and Airports"
From the album title to the album packaging (a nifty passport like album inlay designed by Ink Surge), Sugarfree's Mornings and Airports also chronicles the trips they've made as a band, touring different provinces and cities in the Philippines. They say that plans are underway for touring in other countries as well.
Asked for their memorable gigs out of town, Ebe shares their concert in Los Baños (he went to high school there), where there were so many people that they spilled out on to the streets outside the venue. Another memorable gig was when they played in Isabela, where the Mayor gave Ebe a plaque with his parents by his side. Kaka remembers their gig in Cebu, his hometown. Ebe teases that there was a show, where the audience was entirely made up of Kaka's relatives. Check out the album art to see which towns were memorable to the band.
