The Pro: Cristina Agatep, Segment Producer for Unang Hirit, GMA-7
What he does: Wakes up at 1AM to produce live remote (out of the studio) segments where Drew Arellano and Regine Tolentino can be seen. A segment producer also comes up with segment concepts, writes spiels, and is also in charge of the crew.
Stellar Act: “They must always be professional, in every sense of the word. They should set aside any personal issues that can ruin the project they're doing. They should have a high regard for the time of the production staff.”

MAKEUP ARTIST
The Pro: Effie Go of Visage Salon Acropolis
What he does: Makeup artist for print (Effie regularly does makeup for Candy) and also for TV commercials. She makes sure that talents will have “the look” that the production team aims to achieve.
Stellar Act: “Stars should be grateful to the production people for all the effort they give to make everything possible. One should value teamwork, instead of being indifferent, they should listen and work with each other.”
