It may be a weird idea for junk food to be anything but healthy but here are 4 foods that slipped under the radar of bad junk food and turned out to actually do you more good than harm.

  1. Blue M&Ms

The food dye in blue M&Ms was found out to be helpful in reducing spine injury damages. A research published in the Proceeding of the National Academy of Sciences injected the blue compound to rats suffering from spinal cord injuries, and this sped up their recovery and their ability to walk.   1. Popcorn

This air-popped food has many health benefits that most people didn't know about and that is: the ability to regulate blood sugar, lower cholesterol levels, improve digestion, protect against osteoporosis, prevent cancer, avoid premature aging, and helps you lose weight.(via organicfacts.net)

  1. Pizza

Pizza can be good for you depending on what topping that comes with it. Pizza topped with cheese and vegetables can be a good source of calcium, fiber, and vitamins. (via health.thefuntimesguide.com)
