The Candy editors look forward to school events. What is your most-awaited event of the school year?

miac.jpg I always look forward to the first soirée or party of the school year because that's when we make new guy friends and we get to tease one another afterwards about our crushes. I also love school fair season. Once, my boyfriend's school fair was on the same day as mine, so my best friend and I went to both in one day! :) I also love school field trips because you get to gab all day with your friends :) —Mia, Editor in Chief
steph.jpg I was always excited about the school fair! :) —Steph, Art Director
mimi.jpg I've always enjoyed attending retreats and recollections because it meant bonding with my classmates on a spiritual level (not to mention escaping the confines of the classroom!). —Mimi, Managing Editor
margaux.jpg I always looked forward to our school intrams—a full week that doesn't feel like school at all! :) I loved the team bonding sessions, cheering my friends on during sports events, practicing for games and dances, and not being in my uniform! Hehe. —Margaux, Associate Fashion Editor
marla.jpg I know this makes me sound like such a huge nerd (oh, who am I kidding; I AM a huge nerd!), but I always looked forward to the first day of school. I never liked being idle, so I loved the idea of diving right back into the hustle and bustle of school. I also loved getting to use my new shoes, new bag, and new school supplies, and making new friends. :) —Marla, Assistant Lifestyle Editor
macy.jpg I loved school fairs and school dances. I would perform with my barkada and we'd spend our breaks rehearsing for our dances. —Macy, Web Deputy Managing Editor
roch.jpg Our yearly batch cheering competition. It is when everyone gets really competitive and on their feet to win. :P —Roch, Web Staff Writer
