The Candy eds share what they love about the rainy season. What about you, what do you love about it?

mimi.jpg Too much rain means the possibility of having classes suspended, so I obviously loved that as a kid. (Who wouldn't?) Nowadays though, it makes me feel a little depressed because it means I can't take pictures with my lomo cameras (which need the bright, bright rays of the sun to take awesome photos.) —Mimi, Managing Editor
marla.jpg In no particular order: hot chocolate, staying in to watch my favorite movies and TV series, the sound of raindrops on the rooftop, going on spontaneous shopping trips with my friends when work is called off for the day, evening walks/drives in search of the perfect midnight snack (because cold weather does wonders for my usually non-existent appetite), cute boys all bundled up in their hoodies, and curling up under the covers with a good book. :) —Marla, Assistant Lifestyle Editor
macy.jpg I love waking up to a cool room (I've stopped using the AC to conserve energy!) and the rustle of tree branches on the windows. I love fresh pan de sal and hot chocolate for dipping it in. I love that I have a reason to wear jackets! I'm kind of bummed though that the rainy season seems to have come early. Too early, I haven't even enjoyed summer yet! —Macy, Web and Mobile Producer
