How about you? Where is the nicest beach you’ve ever been to?

White Island in Camiguin. :) It was really peaceful when me and my friends went there, and the sand was really white too! :) —Steph, Art Director |

I’ve been to a lot of beautiful beaches in the Philippines, but I still remember the first time I visited Boracay. The sand was milky white, the shoreline was untouched (there were hardly any pesky vendors or noisy restaurants), and the island’s electricity would be switched off by 6 pm. You could say I had to rough it a bit, but the experience was quite magical. —Mimi, Managing Editor |

There are sooo many amazing beaches in the country! It's hard to choose just one. But my top three would be Boracay, Palawan, and Bohol. If it's outside the Philippines, the beaches in Phuket, Thailand are really nice too. :) —Angel, Associate Features Editor |

I loved taking a boat to the deserted Pandanon Island near Cebu in 2009. It was such a peaceful, relaxing place and I loved how it wasn't commercial or crowded at all. —Marla, Associate Lifestyle Editor |

One of the best vacations I've been on was in Misibis Bay in Cagraray, Albay. The sand may not be powder-fine like Boracay or the sea a clear blue, but it was one of the cleanest I've been to! Plus, it wasn't crowded, which is always a plus to me. —Macy, Web Managing Editor |

For now, the best beach I've seen in the Philippines is Bohol. The sand is powdery white like in Boracay and the water is super clear. :) —Roch, Web Staff Writer |
