If you're sick of living an unhealthy lifestyle but don't have funds to go to the gym, you're in for a treat, Candy Girls! The Nike Training Club (NTC) is the fairy godmother that were all wishing for because with just a click of a button, NTC can grant your #BodyGoals for free.

ICYDK, NTC has a downloadable app that can serve as your personal trainer, teaching you all the workouts you need. And like a game, you can unlock more workouts along the way! But if you like a more personal type of training, Nike launched NTC classes that can help you stay moving and motivated. The type of exercise they do in these classes helps you work out smarter, while being surrounded by athletes of all levels, making you feel like you're part of the team.

But if you're self conscious about not being too athletic to join their events, you're wrong. "If you have a body, you are an athlete." That's the one line that was repeated over and over again at the first NTC class launched last Feb 23 in Kerry Sports in Shangri-la at the Fort in BGC. Starting March 4, classes will be held every Wednesday at 8:30 pm and every Saturday at 10:30 am at the same location for free when you register for a Nike account here.
