Good news, Candy Girls! Science finally gave us a reason why you should keep ordering your usual mocha at your fave cafe. Researcher Ali Boolani and his colleagues examined the effects of mochas on people's attention, motivation to perform mental work, and feelings of anxiety, energy, and fatigue. The results were actually surprising because this drink of cocoa and caffeine is a match made in heaven!
