Researcher Ali Boolani and his colleagues examined the effects of mochas on people's attention, motivation to perform mental work, and feelings of anxiety, energy, and fatigue. The results were actually surprising because this drink of cocoa and caffeine is a match made in heaven!
According to this double-blind study that was conducted at Clarkson University, drinking mochas, a combination of coffee and chocolate, can help with focus and can really keep you attentive.
