There are plenty of ways to go about traveling, depending on the type of company you want to keep on your trip and what kind of budget you have. Read on and find out which of these 7 types of travelers we have listed you happen to be. Which one are you? How about your friends? Let us know in a comment!

 1  Solo Traveler

The world is your oyster, and you prefer to see and explore it alone. But rather than having an "all by my lonesome self" outlook, you're more of an "I appreciate and enjoy things more when I'm alone" kind of person. You feel that traveling is something special that should be treated as a treasured personal experience because it really molds and affects you in a profound way. On the other hand, it could also be just that your friends always end up flaking on you at the last minute, but doesn't the first definition sound so much better?

 2  Couple Travelers

There's nothing more romantic than exploring the world with someone special, and that's the kind of travel you enjoy. You prefer to share the experience with your partner and savor your moments together to relive in the future. Your trips are always romantic gestures, and sometimes you get lost in each other's eyes rather than wherever you're having your trip.

 3  Backpacker

The road is long and the journey is tough. All you have are the clothes on your back and whatever things you can fit in your oversized backpack. They say it's the best way to travel and you agree. From pension houses to seemingly strange dormitories, you risk it all for an authentic experience. There's nothing that gives you a rush more than exploring the unknown.
