After you've had your fill of McDonald's burgers or chicken meals, it's always a good idea to end it on a sweet note. You can choose from McDonald's selection of desserts that range from their sweet cinnamony apple pies to frozen desserts like the McFlurry and sundaes. But if you go to a McDonald's branch with a McCafe branch inside the store, you are presented with even more dessert options to choose from.

If you haven't tried any of McCafe's unique treats, here's a guide to what desserts and pastries are available on the menu:

Blueberry Cheesecake (P135 per slice)

The cafe's cheesecake has a cookie crust for its base, a thick layer of cheesecake, then topped with whipped cream around the edges of the cake and blueberries in the middle.

Oreo Cheesecake (P135 per slice)

Another cheesecake option on McCafe's menu is the Oreo Cheesecake. This has an Oreo-based cookie crust, a thick layer of rich cheesecake, then topped with whipped cream with an Oreo perched on top of the whipped cream.

Dark Chocolate Cake (P125 per slice)

For a quick fix to your chocolate cravings, you can grab a slice of Dark Chocolate Cake at McCafe! They serve this moist and decadent chocolate cake covered in a silky chocolate ganache.

Chocolate Chip Cookie (P60)

Do you often find yourself craving chocolate chip cookies when you're stressed? You should switch up your usual cookies with McCafe's chewy and buttery Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Choco Chip Banana Slice (P65)

For fans of banana bread, you can also get your favorite sweet bread studded with chocolate chips at McCafe!

Caramel Cinnamon (P85)

If you want something extra sweet to pair with your brewed coffee, then the Caramel Cinnamon is the way to go! This is the cafe's own take on the classic cinnamon roll is made with a super soft pastry dough drizzled with cream cheese icing.

Cheese and Bacon Croissant (P110)

For those who don't have a sweet tooth, don't worry because you can also find savory pastries at McCafe. This buttery, sweet crispy croissant is stuffed with salty cheese and bacon.

Sausage Croissant (P115)

Another croissant option on the menu is the Sausage Croissant. This pastry has a whole sausage tucked in the center of the croissant, which is a genius way of making sure you get a bit of sweet and savory flavors in each bite.

Mushroom Cheese Egg Pie (P120)

A savory pie you can try is the Mushroom Cheese Egg Pie. This pie basically a quiche and is stuffed with egg, mushroom, and melted cheese.

Chicken Pesto Wrap (P145)

One of the more filling options on the menu is the Chicken Pesto Wrap. This soft tortilla wrap has huge chunks of chicken coated in a herby flavorful pesto sauce. Make sure you have this heated before taking a bite!

For fans of McDonald's caramel sundae, go for the Caramel Frappe instead! This drink is made with blended ice, milk, espresso, and caramel syrup. It's topped with a mountain of whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel. But for those who love the coffee and chocolate combination, the Mocha Frappe blends ice, milk, espresso, and chocolate syrup. It's topped with whipped cream and dusted off with chocolate powder.
