The Brookie Monster is made with layers of edible cookie dough with dark chocolate, moist chewy brownies, and topped with melted white chocolate and the brownies are colored blue as it's inspired by Sesame Street's Cookie Monster. The Messy Nibblers, on the other hand, are made with the dessert shop's bestselling cookie nibblers, topped with 65% dark chocolate ganache, and finished with a sprinkle of sea salt flakes to really bring out the sweetness.
