WATCH: Kathryn Bernardo Does 3 Different Workout Routines In 3 Days
It's no secret that aside from being a talented actress and a pretty face, Kathryn Bernardo is also physically fit. She regularly shares post-workout selfies on the 'gram that shows off her chiseled abs and toned physique, which begs us to ask the question: What's her exercise routine like? We're dying to know!
Luckily for us, Kath recently uploaded a video on the ab workouts she does while she's at home. For three consecutive days, she decided to follow the exercise routines of three different fitness experts to give her regimen some variety.
For Day 1, Kath followed the exercise routine of Janie Buelow from Elev8 Fitness Studio. Janie's ab workout is done on a Megaformer machine, which aims to challenge your core and stabilizer muscles. It looks easy at first, but is actually super strenuous!
On Day 2, Kath did GMA-7 actress Lovely Abella of Lovely's Fitness Squad's workout. This was a lot easier than Day 1 because the only equipment she needed was a yoga mat. She was also joined by her Ate Chrysler and niece Lhexine. What a bonding activity!
On the final day, she followed celebrity fitness coach Kat Geronimo-Garcia or @bodybymamakat's workout routine. The exercises were also done on a yoga mat.
