Want to start taking better care of yourself but you don't know where to begin and how to? Then you have to read what former Candy cover girl and certified It girl Solenn Heussaff, lovingly called Sos by her loved ones, has to say about how to keep your body in shape.
In her new book Hot Sos, Solenn gives readers a ton of tips, workouts, and even recipes to help you get into your best shape. She gave us several exercise moves that target specific areas in our body, but our faves? The jump squat and the one-arm snatch which works out your entire body.
Jump Squat: 2 sets of 8-10 reps with 45-60 seconds of rest in between.
One-arm Snatch: 2 sets of 8-10 reps with 45-60 seconds of rest in between. If you don't have a kettlebell, you can use a dumbbell instead.
Solenn and her fitness coach Julio Veloso of Movement Performance MNL recommend that you do these moves as part of a six-month long program. You can read about it in her new book!
Hot Sos, co-presented by Milo Nutri-Up, is out now in bookstores, newsstands, supermarkets, and convenience stores nationwide for P295.
