How to Stay in Shape Like Lily Collins

During her interview with The Coveteur (via where she shared how she prepared for the premiere night of The Last TycoonLily Collins shared a bit about how she stays in shape despite her busy schedule.

"I recently started doing some dance classes at Body by Simone, which were really fun. You feel really empowered, and it's fun even if you don't know all the dance moves," she said.

Body by Simone is a technique founded by Simone De La Rue where she teaches students how to make working out more fun and incorporate it in your life. Check out their video teaser below.

Lily seems to love group classes, too, because aside from attending classes in BBS, the actress revealed that she also loves yoga.

"I find the [workout] class culture very inclusive and fun, and very motivating. I got into yoga, which I had never really been into before," Lily explained. "I've gone to some incredible classes that blast hip hop and pop while you're doing intense yoga. I've never been so sweaty in my life! But you leave and you feel so incredible."
