How to Stay in Shape Like Kendall Jenner

Kendall Jenner has become a household name ever since she started working as a model. And almost everyone wants to know how this gorgeous lady from the Kardashian-Jenner clan stays in shape to prepare for all her photo shoots, runway walks, and other commitments.

Since we here at the Candy HQ are obsessed with celebrity workouts these days, we decided to do a bit of research on Kenny's workout routine. And we're glad that we found this exercise routine to achieve the celebrity's legs over at InStyle

InStyle got in touch with Kenny's regular trainer Gunnar Peterson to unlock the secrets to her toned legs. Three moves: forward lunge, side lunge, and twisting lunge—all done with weights. He recommends doing 8-20 reps of these moves, 3 to 4 days in a week.
