We know that after a few weeks of endless eating (heehee!), you feel a bit sluggish for sure. To get you started with your healthy lifestyle this year, we've decided to get some help from your favorite celebrities about how to detox—especially after the holidays. Here are the things we've learned from them and their diets!

Yup, even Hazza goes on a detox—especially after their tours. According to sources, the 1D member stays fit by drinking bullet coffee often. It's a combination of black coffee, a spoonful of butter, and a spoonful of coconut oil. (via InToday.in)

Although Lea is a vegan, she also sees to it that she gets rid of the toxins in her body. How does she do it? The Scream Queens actress goes on a liquid diet for a day or two which boosts the body's metabolism. (via HealthyCeleb.com)
