Here's How Korean Actress Park Shin Hye Stays in Shape

It's hard to imagine Korean actress and Doctor Crush star Park Shin Hye having a difficult time staying in shape, but she has revealed in an interview with MBC's Section TV that she actually needs to exercise regularly just to stay fit. This is why she's obsessed with working out, she said.

"In reality, I'm not a naturally thin person. Therefore I always need to exercise. I've loved water since I was a child, so I particularly enjoy water sports."

But that's not all, for her 2016 medical drama, Shin Hye trained in martial arts and it seems like her time doing so paid off! Her boxing scene with co-star Kim Rae Won was one of the most-watched scenes from Doctor Crush and her movements in that scene look great! (via Soompi.com)

As for her diet, the actress observes a strict no meals after 6PM diet and drinks red bean water, which is known to reduce water retention and to help speed up the elimination of waste from the body.
