You have to admit this, Candy Girls and Boys, whenever you're having a bad day or you're just in a bad mood sweets give you the instant dose of happiness you need to get through the day or even the week. We can't figure out exactly why and how they do that, but here are three reasons why we think that sweets can give us an instant mood fix whenever we need one:
1 They're too cute.
If their appearance and presentation alone don't make you feel happy, we don't know what will. Going inside cafeterias and restaurants or just passing by them and seeing all these sweets lined up in the counter will surely make your day. Post the cutest photos of them on Instagram and your day's probably made.

2 They give you an instant rush of happiness.
There is a good reason why whenever you're in a bad mood, people tell you to eat something sweet. Their sweetness will give you endorphins, the happy hormones, which chase those BVs out of your system. Sweets may not totally make you feel okay, but they're your first step to actually feeling okay.

Restaurants and cafeterias serving sweets are absolutely everywhere, so you have instant access to them wherever and whenever you are feeling a bit gloomy. Last week, we found our newest favorite cafe that serves the yummiest desserts we could ever imagine. Paper Moon Cake Boutique and Café introduced the loveliest food offerings we've ever laid eyes, the mille crepe or crepe cake crafted by Madame Kazuko Emy Wada, Tokyo's acclaimed Grand Dame of Specialty Cakes. These cakes are made of 20 handmade crepes and pastry cream. Yum! Aside from their crepe cakes, they also serve a ton of other things like cream puffs, cookies, and macarons.
Visit Paper Moon Cake Boutique and Café ASAP. They have branches at Glorietta 3 and Trinoma.
