Love snacking on yummy, nutritious yogurt, but want to try something new? There's a relatively new player in healthy eating you ought to try: kefir-based drinks and dishes. Bursting with good bacteria, plain kefir is a bit on the sour side but you can make tasty eats and drinks with it like what Sugarleaf serves.

Go for the Mango or Strawberry-Banana Smoothie. If you find it too sour, ask for some brown sugar or pluck a leaf or two off of the potted stevia (super sweet plant) in the store. Yep, you read that right; just go pluck and dunk.

Pair your smoothie with Goody Wraps, soft wheat tortillas stuffed with homemade filling and served with Goody Kefir dressing, organic lettuce, and cucumber. Inspired by the Japanese maki, the Crabstick and Mango Wrap is a particularly lip-smacking snack you can split with your BFF.

Finish off your merienda with some ice cream (mostly vegan flavors, low in fat and sugar) or cakes and pastries (made with wheat flour and coconut sugar). One crowd fave is the Kefir Cheesecake, which uses kefir curds sweetened with raw wild honey, instead of cream cheese. Organic blueberries top the slightly tart dessert.

Om nom nom tip: Before you leave, check out the mini mart inside the store where you can buy organic and natural food and non-food items. Two things that caught our eye: ready-to-drink organic tablea and caramel cookie sorbetes.
