There will be two long weekends for the month of August and we all know what this means: road triiiiiiiip!
As usual, we've been lurking in Pennyworthtravels.ph's Facebook account and found the perfect place for a relaxing weekend. If you've grown tired of beach trips and staycations and want to try something new, driving to Antipolo is your best bet. It's home to Luljetta's Hanging Gardens Spa, the first of its kind in the Philippines!
For only P1,050 per person (P1,040 for kids 12 years old and below), you get a six-hour access to all of its facilities, which include the following: sauna, Dr. Fish Spa, jacuzzi, hydro-massage pool, infinity pool, and meditation lounges.
Sauna
Hydro-massage pool
Infinity pool
You'll also be provided with your own locker, as well as a batik bathrobe and a towel. The package also comes with snacks: lemongrass tea and Antipolo's best suman!
For a few extra pesos, you can avail of the set meal, which includes soup, salad, pasta, and dessert.
This place is perfect for a much-needed tita weekend. The ambiance is nice and the place is cozy.
What's more, Luljetta's is easily accessible. Get off at the Santolan Station of LRT 2 and ride either an FX or jeep going to the Antipolo Cathedral. From there ride a tricycle to Luljetta's for only P50.

Where do you usually go on long weekends and what do you usually do? We'd love to know!
