Going Around Amsterdam—The Fault In Our Stars Style

Former Council of Cool member Bianca Mascenon shares her little infinity in Amsterdam.

The world is not a wish-granting factory, but it sure felt like the universe conspired to finally get me to the city of my dreams: Amsterdam. It's a city known for its beautiful canals, the rows of houses leaning towards it, and Dutch peeps in bicycles going around the city.

I have long romanticized this city of immense freedom, but TBH, I was mostly there to relive the story of this two lovebirds with a touch of cancer. It was surreal, like my own little infinity, while I retraced Hazel and Augustus's steps. Now let me show you how you could go around Amsterdam, too, The Fault In Our Stars style!

But remember this: walking around Amsterdam TFIOS style isn't everything you can do. Take some time to see what else this city has to offer because Hazel and Gus would have loved to do the same if they had more time.

The girl with the big hair that may or may not be full of secrets. I like boy bands and naps and pretty things. One Direction occasionally takes over my life. Oh, and I always say I'm never going shopping again. As if.
