Eat tamilok.
Are you a foodie or an adventurous eater? If you’re either, one thing you must do if you find yourself in Palawan is to eat a local dish called tamilok. It is a wood worm found in mangroves, which is pulled out, marinated in vinegar and spices, and eaten raw. For some, the tamilok';s slimy consistency can be unappealing, but it tastes good and is a good addition to any foodie's list.

Go on a city tour of Puerto Princesa.
It will only take up half a day, but if you're interested in learning about the history of Puerto Princesa (and also want to buy the best souvenirs), the city tour is perfect for you. Some of the stops include Baker's Hill, Crocodile Farm, and the Palawan Special Battalion World War II Museum.

Go to the hot springs in Coron.
If you've had a long day or want to cap off your trip with something relaxing, then you definitely need to take a dip in a hot spring. Head to Maquinit Hot Spring in Coron where you can let your body rest as you have a warm soak in the natural spring waters. You can also have a little snack and drink while you relax.
