The Candy editors share what they do to be fit. How about you, what do you do to be fit?

miac.jpg I try to make healthier choices when eating, so lately I’ve been having fruits, yogurt, veggies, and tuna more often. I know I’m supposed to exercise, but so far I’ve only succeeded in wiping clean our stationary bike without actually riding it... —Mia, Editor in Chief
