We've said it so many times before: dealing with breakups in this day and age is more challenging than before. Why? Because social media exists to remind you of what you've had before and what you've lost now. But thanks to the folks from Facebook, they're probably going to roll out a new feature that's going to help all of us deal with breakups (and lost loves) better. (via Seventeen.com)

The 5 Different Types Of Facebook Commenters

If you don't really want to unfriend your ex, here's something that they're testing out so you won't see those pesky updates from your ex every time you go online on the social networking website. So how does it work? Once you change your relationship status with He Who Must Not Be Named, an option will appear that will enable you to change the settings of the frequency by which you want to see your ex's updates. You could limit his visibility from not seeing his name and his profile picture, or not seeing his status updates and updates from your friends that include him on your Feed. You can also change the settings of how he sees your updates, and untag yourself from all those photos and status updates he's made about your ex-relationship from way back. NEAT!

Facebook is still in the process of testing this feature in the United States. But hopefully, they get rave reviews about it so they can unroll it worldwide. Crossing our fingers for this!

What do you think of this new feature that Facebook is testing out, Candy Girls? Let us know in the comments. We always love  hearing from you. :)
