1. Pandora (2016)
The life of Jae Hyeok with his mother, sister-in-law, and nephew has been nothing but simple. He wakes up, eats, and goes to work in a local nuclear power plant where his friends also work. One day, an earthquake suddenly strikes which causes one of the nuclear power plants to explode. To stop it from affecting the nearby power plants, Jae Hyeok, his friends, and their co-workers have no choice but to go back to the plant themselves.
2. Flu (2013)
After smuggling a group of infected immigrants, an airborne deadly virus called H5N1 rapidly spreads in a city near Seoul. Firefighter Ji Goo worked together with Dr. In Hae after suspecting that the doctor’s daughter, Mi Reu, is infected by the virus. They now have to look for a cure while also trying to avoid the lethal virus.
3. Ashfall (2019)
After being stagnant since 1903, a sudden eruption of a volcano in Baekdu Mountain has shocked both North and South Korea. Government official Jeon Yoo Kyung planned a way to stop further explosions with Professor Kang Bong Rae who has been giving warnings on the possible eruptions of the volcano for the past three years. Together with his team, Captain Jo In Chang leads the operation.
4. Exit (2019)
A terrorist releases a toxic gas that slowly spreads through Seoul. Trapped in a convention hall, rock climber Yong Nam and assistant manager Ui Joo try to save the people inside the building.Â
5. Tidal Wave (2009)
This movie follows Man Sik who lives in Haeundae and is about to propose to his longtime girlfriend, Yeon Hee. On the other hand, geologist Professor Kim has been giving warnings about a possible tsunami hitting Korea. Eventually, these three’s lives start to crumble when they find out that they only have 10 minutes to spare before a super tsunami hits them.
 6. The Tower (2012)
On Christmas Eve, a luxurious 120-story Tower Sky Twin Tower in the middle of Seoul is suddenly caught in a huge fire. People inside the building had to make their way outside of the building to survive, even if it meant making drastic choices.Â
