When my jeans start getting a bit too snug for comfort, I make small changes like replacing white bread with wheat bread, snacking on granola bars instead of chips and chocolate, or resisting ice cream and cheesecake and going for fro-yo with fresh fruit instead. :) —Marla, Assistant Lifestyle Editor |
