This Celeb-Approved Photo Studio Also Doubles as an Intimate Events Space

If you’re looking for a convenient multi-purpose production space, Concept Space Manila is right up your alley. 

Established at the heart of Quezon City, Concept Space Manila isn’t just your typical photo studio. Unlike other multimedia spaces in the country, the Nice Print Photo subsidiary also doubles as an events place for intimate get-togethers. 

The airy and versatile studio can easily transform into whatever you need, whether that’s a video shoot for a school project or an evening reunion with your college blockmates. 

“We also offer [Concept Space Manila] not just a studio for shoots, but also as an events space. We thought of it because now it’s a norm to have intimate events, parties, and they really are looking for a space na hindi sobrang big,” Charisse Tinio, the Nice Print Photography founder, explained.  

“Not all would wanna rent or have their parties in a hotel setting. Not everybody would want to rent a big space for their party, sometimes they would just need an alternative place where they can have their parties,” she added, noting that they’ve already hosted various debut parties, baby showers, and press conferences within the venue. 

Likewise, Concept Space Manila has already served many local celebrities and brands, from Francine Diaz and Andrea Brillantes to Lanie.ph and Milky Cakes and Sweets. 

Given these noteworthy milestones, it’s hard to believe that the company was only established in November 2021 at the height of the pandemic. But for Charisse, the COVID-19 surge actually created the need for this new concept. 

“We saw that there’s a great need for multimedia production spaces especially during the pandemic, when everybody was doing their own content. A lot of vloggers came about, so all these people are actually looking for spaces where they can do most of their shoots,” Charisse recounted. 

Services and Rates

FYI, renting the studio gives you exclusive use of the entire area, including the VIP lounge, the coffee and snack bar services, the backdrop panels, and the parking lot.  

And if you book it as a venue, your package will even include ingress and egress time.

Currently, Concept Space Manila offers the following packages: 

1. Studio-only Rental 

- Exclusive 4-hour use for more than 6 pax: P18,000

- Exclusive 4-hour use for less than 7 pax: P10,000

2. Events Space Rental 

- 9-hour use: P35,000

- 14-hour use: P45,000

- Per hour extension: P4,000

3. Product Shoot Package

- Photo-only package for 2-hour shoot: P25,000

- Add-on video plus 1-hour additional: P15,000

4. Pre-debut or Pre-nup 

- Studio + photoshoot package: P20,000
