Senior High is meant for preparing students for college courses that they deem fit their interests and skills. It is a 2-year academic phase when they have to decide what program they want to pursue in the long run. But more often than not, students are still not aware of what other courses college has in store for them based on the strand they’ve graduated from.

ABM or the Accounting, Business and Management strand is just one of the three strands commonly offered to SHS students. This strand teaches the students the fundamental concepts and principles that would help them hone their knowledge and skills ready for the business and economic related industries and fields.

So, if you still catch yourself uncertain about what college course to take after graduation, here is a list for your reference to see where your ABM background can lead you in college!

Accounting Courses

Since you have undergone specialized subjects such as Fundamentals of Accounting, Business and Management (1 and 2), you probably have a good grasp of some basic yet critical accounting, business, and finance skills, which will help you be more equipped to study these programs.
