School keeps us so busy that we rarely have time to catch up with friends, or at the very least, thank them for being so understanding and supportive to you. Aside from a well-curated appreciation post on IG stories, why not through a mini friends-giving party with the entire barkada? Take this chance to chill and catch up with the people you endure college with. Here are some ideas you and your friends can try:

Throw a potluck party with an all-Filipino cuisine.

Throwing parties with friends feels extra fulfilling when everyone pitches in. Have everyone contribute to the party by asking them to show up with food. Assign someone to handle drinks and another to bring desserts, but add a little twist by asking them to bring only Filipino-themed food. 

Bake a pie together. A peach mango pie!

Get your calligraphy sets out and write your names in Baybayin.

Bring out your creative sides and try your hand at calligraphy. Make it extra challenging by writing in Baybayin! If you want to take it a step further, write each other heartfelt messages and tell them how much you appreciate them using the traditional script. If you don't have fancy calligraphy sets, normal pens should do! Here are some you can choose from:

Create a time capsule.

Grab some recycled jars or water bottles and fill it with meaningful messages to each other or fond moments you shared together. You can also try putting something that signifies what you’re each thankful for this year. You can open it at next year’s Friendsgiving!
