This sweet-salty slider is perfect for an afternoon snack or even for dessert.
Makes 1 sandwich

2 3/4-inch-thick rounds baguette
2 teaspoons caramel sauce
1/4 Granny Smith apple, sliced thinly
1 (1-inch-thick) slice Brie cheese
2 teaspoons butter
1 Slice a baguette into 2 3/4-inch-thick rounds.
2 Top one slice with caramel sauce, sliced apples, and a slice of Brie cheese.
3 Cover with bread slice and spread a teaspoon of butter on top.
4 Heat a pan over medium heat and grill sandwich, buttered side down, for 2 minutes.
5 Spread teaspoon butter on the outside of the other slice, flip sandwich, and grill for another 2 minutes until cheese is completely melted.
