In an interview with Teen Vogue, Bella shared her beauty routine and rest advice, and got us interested when she talked about her sleeping hack—girl can make a four-hour sleep a restful one!

"I recently started listening to meditation music which makes me have a deeper sleep, even if I just have four hours." Her music of choice? The 50 Best Meditation Songs Collection. "I'm usually out by the fourth song," she says.
