7 Easy Breakfast Bowls You Can Whip Up When You're On The Go

Move over oatmeal and cereal, there's a new pick-me-up in town!

Have you ever been too busy preparing in the morning that you accidentally skip your breakfast—the most important meal of the day? It's not a really good habit to keep. At the start of the day, you would already feel sluggish and hungry. Fear not, we have compiled 7 easy breakfast bowls that you can make in ten minutes or less for days when you're in a total rush. And the best part about a breakfast bowl is that you can bring it anywhere because it's all in just one bowl.

Banana Almond Chia Seed Oatmeal Bowl

This bowl is easy to make. Cook your favorite brand of oatmeal then place it in a bowl. Slice a banana and add it to the bowl plus some almonds and chia seeds. Voila! You have made your very own breakfast bowl.

Quinoa and Egg Breakfast Bowl

Breakfast bowls are a mix of things so oatmeal and granola aren't a requirement all the time, just like in this bowl. For this one, we'll be using quinoa, a healthier substitute for rice. Because you have to cook the quinoa, it takes a bit more time to make this bowl. To make it, boil two eggs and cook half a cup of quinoa. Afterwards, place the quinoa in a bowl and add the other ingredients: the eggs, one-fourth sliced avocado, an ounce of cheese (preferably feta cheese,) nuts, and sprouts of your choice.
