At the start of the day, you would already feel sluggish and hungry. Fear not, we have compiled 7 easy breakfast bowls that you can make in ten minutes or less for days when you're in a total rush. And the best part about a breakfast bowl is that you can bring it anywhere because it's all in just one bowl.

Banana Almond Chia Seed Oatmeal Bowl

This bowl is easy to make. Cook your favorite brand of oatmeal then place it in a bowl. Slice a banana and add it to the bowl plus some almonds and chia seeds. Voila! You have made your very own breakfast bowl.

Quinoa and Egg Breakfast Bowl

Breakfast bowls are a mix of things so oatmeal and granola aren't a requirement all the time, just like in this bowl. For this one, we'll be using quinoa, a healthier substitute for rice. Because you have to cook the quinoa, it takes a bit more time to make this bowl. To make it, boil two eggs and cook half a cup of quinoa. Afterwards, place the quinoa in a bowl and add the other ingredients: the eggs, one-fourth sliced avocado, an ounce of cheese (preferably feta cheese,) nuts, and sprouts of your choice. This bowl is a must-try for those who look forward to having champoradoin the morning; this is a much healthier substitute. For this one, you would need a half-cup of vanilla almond milk, a large frozen banana, dates, cacao powder, and one-fourth of an avocado. Place all these in a blender and blend until it is smooth and creamy. Afterwards, place it in a bowl and top it with some sliced bananas, granola, and cacao nibs.
