When you're home from a full day of school, you just want to pass out on your bed and then grab a coffee or a chocolate bar when you wake up from your nap. Though you do get a jolt from the caffeine or the sugar rush, you'll soon find yourself crashing not long after. Be prepared with snacks that are high in fiber, good carbs, and lean protein to give you that much-needed energy boost in the afternoon. Check out these recipes to get you started.
