When you go through a breakup, it'll surely be an emotional rollercoaster ride; and you'll constantly be stuck between wanting him back and wishing for him to just disappear.

To forget about these unwanted feelings, some people distract themselves by going out with friends, taking up a new hobby, or by working out which really isn't a surprise since recovering from a breakup usually comes hand in hand with rebuilding your life.

So, if you're ready to commit to your #BalikAlindog project, here are some exercises you can do to release all that pent up negativity:

If he cheated on you: Martial Arts (Kick boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Judo)

You caught him red-handed with another girl; so what better way to take out all your anger than inside a boxing ring, right? Plus, learning martial arts is a way to know some useful self-defense moves, too.

If you have no clue why: Zumba

Did he break up with you out of the blue? Then you'll definitely need to get your mind off of it since overthinking the matter won't do you any good. Call up your best friends and dance to the beat—you don't even need a gym, just a big space with funky music.

If you two just fell out of love with each other: Yoga, Pilates

Maybe you lost yourself while you were in the relationship and decided to call it quits or you simply don't feel attracted to each other anymore, either way, it'll be the perfect time to channel into zen mode. Get in touch with your soul and re-ignite the passion you once lost.

Time to head outdoors! Get fit and healthy with a workout that's doable, fun and one that will allow you to explore new places. Major plus: you end up with perfect, sun-kissed skin!
