Although the existence of social media made a lot of things easier (like connecting with your family and friends miles away or keeping yourself updated on what's going on around you), it has also made a few things harder for all of us. For example, moving on from your past love or a relationship that didn't work out. We can unfriend or block our exes, but you can still see a little chunk of their lives when your common friends post updates and they're there. The truth is, moving on and letting go is twice as hard now that everyone is connected in some way.

Proof? This video BuzzFeed came up with about the struggles of watching your ex move on from you and fall in love with a new girl online. The feelings are way too familiar that at some point, it might just make you tear up a little.
