If you still feel like you're missing out just because you're single, here's a reason why you shouldn't be.
Aside from all the advantages from having a ton of Me Time we've mentioned before, the ***REAL*** reason why you're single is because you're—wait for it!—attractive!
According to a study from the University of Harvard, attractive people find it difficult to keep long-term relationships. Whaaaaaaaat??? (via Cosmopolitan.com.au)
Christine Ma-Kellams, the study's director, said that being attractive gives you a lot of options and alternatives, something that's not ideal when you're trying to protect a relationship. You will always find yourself looking for "something better". "In this sense, having too many other choices is likely not beneficial for relationship longevity," she said.
But what if you want to have a long-lasting relationship? Christine suggested, "if the goal is to have an enduring [relationship], then perhaps an attractive person should be mindful of their own limitations and not rely too heavily on their own appeal."
