Admit it, Candy Girls. When we get in a relationship, most of the time, we expect our BFs to treat us as their top priority. We expect them, almost all the time, to drop what they're doing because we miss them, need them, and want to be with them.

But this post from blogger Joena San Diego, written for her first anniversary with her boyfriend, Nico, will inspire you to be fine in case he has another priority. In this case, it's his faith.

"I am only my boyfriend's second choice. Always. Do I get jealous? Do I feel bad? Do I feel that I am being cheated on? It's a big no."

Her reason on why she's okay with this? Because she's "not the right one."

"He runs to the Lord first. He runs to the One who can embrace him tighter more than I can ever do. He runs to the One who can comfort him not just temporarily but eternally. He runs to the One who restores him and has never condemned him. He runs to the One who can give him peace and not just assurance. He goes to the One who never runs dry. He goes to the One who has loved him even before I have loved him."

Joena then went on about the things she's thankful for in their relationship, which all stems down to how she isn't his first priority but his faith in God. And how because of this, her BF can love her the best way he knows how...because he has a bigger source that never runs dry. Go on and read Joena's inspiring post about Nico and her belo:
