The term "cool off" usually refers to a temporary breakup in a relationship. It's agreed upon by the couple as a time for them to take a break and just think if they want to continue with the relationship or not. There are also times when they agree to get back together after a few days or weeks or even months. But there are also a few times when it becomes a prelude. The decision rests entirely on what the couple talked about before the cool off period. So we asked our Candy Cuties what they think of this relationship issue and what it should really be abour. Here are their thoughts:
"I'm not a fan of cool off moments in a relationship, honestly. I find it pointless, because it will leave both of you confused and with questions like 'What are we?' or 'Can I do this?' or 'Is this allowed?' or 'Are we going to be okay again?'" —Mathew Custodio
"I think couples misinterpret what it's about. It's meant for them to get their heads straight and talk when both are calm. It isn't a breakup." —Niko Rodriguez
"I think it's just a way of giving yourselves some time to think." —Prince Carlos
"I believe these moments in a relationship can be good, as the time away from one another could make them realize just how much they need each other." —Brock King
