The question of whether you should be friends with your ex or not has haunted relationships and people for as long as we can remember. It's a little tricky, especially when one of you is in a new relationship and you still want to leave a friendly space for the person who's used to know you inside and out. So we just had to ask the help of our Candy Cuties about this matter. Here are their thoughts:

"You can. Being in bad terms with anyone can affect one's personality and it would not bring you inner peace." —Eduardo Mitra

"Yes. I think it's a little childish to not be friends with your ex." —King Certeza

"You should be friends, because she's still a part of your life and you will never forget about her." —Carl Rule

"Big yes! I don't like ending relationships on a bad note. It's better to try and rebuild broken glass than burn down bridges." —Paolo Gonzales
