Going on your first date this summer and worrying endlessly about how it might go? Don't worry because our Candy Cuties are here to help you get through it. We asked them to share with us a few mistakes we should avoid when going on our first dates below. Take notes, and don't forget to have fun because first dates are supposed to be fun more than nerve-wracking.

Ace Libre "The first thing that comes to mind is when people overshare. First dates are supposed to be light and fun. There'll be a lot of time for the heavy personal tales later on. The second is when one party pries into topics that the other person isn't confortable discussing. Don't make a first date awkward." —Ace Libre
Jiolo Velez "Overthinking and rushing things." —Jiolo Velez
Santi Ortega "Pretend to be someone they're not." —Santi Ortega
Jack Reid "When they try to impress each other too much." —Jack Reid
Diego Gutierrez "The biggest mistakes people do during first dates is jump into things really quickly. Sometimes, people don't even try to get to know who the person they're going out with really is." —Diego Gutierrez
