If you think your photos and your videos together are the best indicators of how happy you are in your relationship, you're wrong. Although, we definitely won't stop bringing out our phones during our time with the boyfriend. Hee hee.

A research done by the National Center for Biotechnology found that couples who are satisfied with their relationship gain weight together. How did they conduct this study? The researchers followed 169 couples on their first marriage for four years. The questions include their weight, their marriage, and how satisfied they are in their relationship. (via YourTango.com)

At the end of the research, they found that happy couples gained a significant amount of weight. On the other hand, slim couples had rocky marriages and some even ended up divorcing their partners. Whaaat

Why is this so? They think that couples who are really happy in the relationship don't stress about their looks anymore because they don't find the need to attract another person. But psychologist Andrea L. Meltzer, the one who led the research, warns happy couples to watch their health because too much of something is bad for the body, too.

Eep! Guess there really is a downside to everything.
