Guys
5 Relationship Reminders for the Sensitive Girl
It's going to be fine.

Most of us girls can probably say that we're sensitive, especially when it comes to dealing with our relationships. We tend to see more than what's visible on the surface. We're more considerate and understanding of the people we deal with, but there are just moments when this setup can get exhausting.

It may be tempting to throw a fit or to quit talking to your bae for as long as you want or need but trust us, there are little things you can do to deal with difficult situations that arise in your relationship. Here are a few of them:

  1. Bae won't always want to talk.

The problem, most of the time, when we're arguing with bae is that we want to talk about it, while he doesn't. But remember that just because he refuses to talk deeply with you about your current fight doesn't mean he doesn't care. Try approaching him with a solution instead of talking about how it made you feel, and you might just be able to make him want to talk.

  1. Let him know how much you value your alone time.

Make him realize how much you value your Me Time, especially if you've been together for a while. Sometimes, your guy thinks you'll be available to him whenever he needs you that they forget you have your own life, too. If you want to spend your weekend on your own, let him know that you mean it and that you need it, and that that has nothing to do with him.

  1. As much as possible, stop overthinking.

We know overthinking can be addictive but TBH, we also know we have to stop doing it sometimes. We spend hours and hours thinking about what we might have said and done that made things seem bad even if it's really not a big deal. Let some steam off and get back to it when you've calmed down so as not to make matters worse or say and do things irrationally.

  1. Understand things from his point of view.

You have to remember that in relationships, you're not only dealing with yourself; you're also dealing with another person. Think of your bae's personality and think about how he takes things from his own point of view. This will give you a clearer look of how you can approach your problem and understand him better.

  1. Remind him that you're a sensitive person.

Sometimes bae just has to be reminded that you are a sensitive person who feels things stronger than a normal person would. Tell him how you can be difficult at times or how you process conflicts in a relationship. Take the time to educate him and make him understand, so he knows how to arrive at a compromise and understand you whenever the need arises.
