4 Things Your Dream Guy Would Do For You

Justin Bieber is Mr. Grand Gesture. He has rented out a movie theater in Canada to watch the movie Real Steel with girlfriend Selena Gomez, and he has also surprised her with a candlelit dinner in the 20,000-seater Staples Center. After their Staples Center date, he tweeted, "Romance isn't dead. Treat your lady right fellas." Hear, hear!

The Biebs' romantic side has got us thinking about other sweet, pogi-points-guaranteed moves. Here are four:

  1. An old-fashioned serenade is sweet but you know what would be more fun? A flash mob in your honor. Right? He can use a medley of your fave songs or songs that reminds him of you.
  2. Instead of a candlelit dinner, how about a fun food trip? You can hop from resto to resto (or stall to stall) in food haunts like Binondo in Manila and Maginhawa Street in Quezon City.
  3. When a guy makes the effort to bring you hot soup when you’re sick, it makes you melt faster than a yawning puppy YouTube video. Bonus points if he offers to stay for a movie marathon. If he does, though, gently but firmly decline. No point in getting both of you sick! Think about it; who’d bring you soup then?
  4. Have you ever tried going on a babysitting date? It’s perfect if your parents rarely allow you to go out on dates. You can offer to look after your little sib on your parents’ night out and ask them if your guy can babysit with you. They just might say yes because you’ll be at home (curfew shmerfuw!), and you both get on your parents' good side. Win!
