If you've ever been anxious, depressed, obsessive, manic, or basically experienced anything that concerns your mental health, you know it's not easy to deal with it, more so open up to anyone about it. And while it's a good thing that so many celebrities and personalities are starting to talk about it, thus educating more and more people, it's also important that there are mental health services and facilites to cater to those who need it.

Enter the UST Graduate School Psychotrauma Clinic, which offers free Psychological Services, like assessment and evaluation, counseling, and individual and group psychotherapy. What's more, it's not only limited to the Thomasian community—non-Thomasians are also welcome. And the best thing about it is all the services are free of charge!
